1. Four major functions integrated

Loading mode: traditional bucket function, adjustable front edge angle

Bulldozing mode: the bucket is closed to form a push plate, and the maximum push volume is increased by 40%

Grabbing mode: double-flap closed design, grabbing force of 8-15 tons

Leveling mode: the bucket is fully opened as a scraper, with an accuracy of ±3cm/5m

2. Key structural features

Main structure: Hardox450 wear-resistant steel plate (20mm thickened in key parts)

Hydraulic system: dual cylinder drive (opening and closing + rotation)

Cutting edge: segmented replaceable design (3-5 independent modules)

Sealed bearing: IP67 protection level, lifetime lubrication
